QUALITY POLITICS

At the HOTEL CONGRESO , since 1984, we have always devoted our efforts to offering our clients an integral and personal service, focused on them, so that they consider our hotel as their own home.

The management system of the Hotel CONGRESO has been in place since 2002 and is developed based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. We work focused on the continuous improvement of our service, reinforcing the satisfaction of our clients, so as to increase the prestigious image of our hotel and the loyalty among our clients. For us, Quality means knowing who our client is, what their expectations are, and meeting these expectations without error, on time, always complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The satisfaction of our customers is ours.

With Quality management according to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE18201:2008 standards, it is intended to promote the participation of all and the elimination of activities that do not add value to our client, continuously improving competitiveness.

In accordance with this Policy, we establish Quality Objectives at all levels, identifying risks and transforming them into opportunities that may affect our service, in addition to monitoring the degree of compliance so that we can measure our improvement.

Our main objectives are:

The Management of HOTEL CONGRESO periodically reviews, at least annually, the quality management system, to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. In this review, the opportunities for system and process improvement are evaluated, and the needs to make changes to the quality system are detected, including the Policy and the Quality Objectives.
